We first began in 2001 providing As-Broadcast Scripts for The Walt Disney Company. In 2013, we formally launched Scriptz, expanding our scope and client base to include major studios and production houses. By 2016, we added scripting for streaming platforms and podcasts.

An As-Broadcast Script (ABS) is a verbatim post-production script created to match the final, locked-picture version of a film or television production — exactly as it aired or was delivered. Required by most major networks and distributors, the ABS serves as the definitive written record of your production and is widely used as the foundation for closed captions, foreign language subtitles, dubbing, and international distribution. Dialogue Continuity Script

A Dialogue Continuity Script (DCS) — also referred to as a Combined Continuity and Spotting List (CCSL) — is the most detailed and comprehensive post-production script in the industry. It combines a shot-by-shot visual description of every scene, verbatim dialogue with full speaker identification, and a complete spotting list with precise in and out timecodes for all dialogue, narration, sound effects, music, and on-screen text. Required by major studios including HBO, the DCS is the definitive document for dubbing, subtitling, copyright registration, and legal compliance.

Spanish Captions (LAS)

Spanish Captions — delivered in compliance with FCC requirements and major streaming platform standards — provide fully accessible, time-synchronized closed captions for Spanish-language productions and Spanish-speaking audiences. The FCC mandates Spanish closed captions for all Spanish-language television programming distributed in the United States, making them a legal requirement for any Spanish-language content broadcast or streamed domestically.
